Shipping Policy

All items will be beautifully and carefully wrapped and packaged. I use recycled sustainable materials for all my packaging . Some outer packaging may even be re-used/recycled from other packages I have received myself.This all helps to cut down on waste.

I only send to the U.K. at present.  All items will be sent by Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For.  Items, when in stock will be despatched within 1 - 2 working days.

Return & Exchange Policy

I pride myself on offering my customers excellent service whenever I can . If you should have a query regarding return or an exchange, please contact me directly within 14 days of receipt of your order. Should I accept a return/exchange, the item should be in perfect condition and in the original packaging.

 

Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns or exchange items if they are in any way damaged or if for instance, the wrong ring size has been ordered.
